How we handle the information you share with us when you ask about electrical work.
Last updated: October 2026
Information We Collect
Centennial Electric is an electrical contractor serving Centennial, Colorado and the surrounding Arapahoe County area. The information we collect is the information you give us when you call to discuss electrical work: your name, your phone number, the service address, and the details of what you need done.
For most jobs that means the age of the property, what the panel directory shows, what symptom you are seeing, and where a new circuit would need to run. When we attend a property we may photograph the panel, the service entrance, device locations and the condition of visible wiring, because a written quote and a permit application both depend on an accurate record of what is installed.
This website does not have a contact form and does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect payment details through this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you tell us to answer your question, to prepare a written scope and price, to schedule a visit, to perform the work, and to apply for the permits and inspections the work requires. Permit applications are filed with the building authority covering your address and necessarily include the service address and a description of the work.
We may contact you about a job in progress, about scheduling, or about an inspection appointment. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with marketing companies.
Cookies and Tracking
This site is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies, it does not run cross-site tracking, and it does not build a profile of you. Your browser may store ordinary technical information such as cached files in the normal course of loading any web page.
If we later add analytics to understand which pages are useful, that information would be aggregate and would not identify you individually.
How We Share Information
We share information only where the work requires it. That means the building authority that issues the permit and performs the inspection, the utility where a service disconnect has to be arranged, and any supplier or subcontractor whose involvement you have agreed to, such as a gas fitter on a generator installation.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. We do not share your details with anyone else.
Data Security
We keep job records, quotes and photographs on systems protected by access controls and passwords, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we treat your service address and contact details as information worth protecting.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call us and we will deal with the request directly.
Some information attached to a permitted job becomes part of a public building record held by the authority that issued the permit, and that record is outside our control.
Third-Party Links
Some pages on this site link to external resources such as manufacturer documentation or a state licensing authority. Those sites are operated by other organisations under their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site has no feature intended for them.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and the current version is always the one published here.
