Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to the electrical work we perform.
Last updated: October 2026
Our Services
Centennial Electric provides residential and light-commercial electrical contracting in Centennial, Colorado and the surrounding Arapahoe County area. Our work includes panel and service upgrades, EV charger installation, electrical repair and troubleshooting, rewiring, lighting, device and circuit work, ceiling fans, surge protection, generator and battery backup installation, and documented safety inspections.
Electrical work in Colorado is a licensed trade. Work that requires a permit is filed with the building authority covering the service address and is subject to that authority's inspection.
Use of the Website
This website is provided for general information about our services and service area. The descriptions of scope, timing and process on these pages describe how we typically work; they are not a quotation and they do not form a contract.
You may read, print and share these pages for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the site's content for use on another website.
Appointments and Estimates
Estimates for installation and project work are provided free of charge and in writing. Diagnostic and troubleshooting visits are billed at a rate we state before attending.
A written estimate is based on what is visible and known at the time it is prepared. Conditions concealed behind finished surfaces, in a panel, or in an attic or crawl space can change the scope. Where that happens we stop, explain what we found and obtain your approval before the price changes.
Appointment windows are given in good faith. Permit timing, inspection scheduling, utility coordination and material lead times are outside our control and can move a date.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, photographs and design of this website belong to Centennial Electric or are used with permission. Our business name and the marks we use to identify ourselves may not be used without our written consent.
Disclaimers
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis of a particular electrical system, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for having a licensed electrician examine your property. Electrical systems vary enormously, and a symptom that is harmless in one house can be serious in another.
We make no warranty that the information on this site is complete or current. Code requirements change, and so do manufacturer specifications. Work we perform is covered by the written workmanship warranty issued at handover, which is the warranty that applies rather than anything stated on this site.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Centennial Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published here.
Our responsibility for work we have performed is governed by our written estimate, our workmanship warranty and the applicable law, not by this page.
Third-Party Links
Some pages link to external websites such as manufacturer documentation or a state licensing authority. Those sites are operated by other organisations and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
